Our trial offer

A trial you don't have to remember to cancel.

Take 14 days to try Clog with your team. No card is needed. If you don't choose a paid plan, the trial ends automatically. There's nothing to cancel and nothing to pay.

Your trial starts when you can use your practice account, not when you first enquire.

Do I need to cancel the trial?

No. If you haven't chosen a paid plan, just let the 14-day trial end. Normal practice access ends automatically, you won't be charged, and there is no need to email or call us.

When does the trial start?

The trial offer is 14 days from when you can use your practice account. We handle your enquiry and setup; enquiring does not start the trial.

What if we choose a paid plan during the trial?

Choosing a plan is a separate agreement by an authorised payer to recurring card payments. Only an authorised practice billing administrator can choose a plan. Your remaining trial is preserved, and your first charge date is shown before you agree. Stripe may save your card for payment at trial end; if checkout is completed after the trial ends, payment and the paid term start on completion. After subscribing, your plan renews on the stated schedule unless you cancel renewal. This page does not start a subscription.

Can the subscription price change?

The monthly subscription is rolling. We will give one month's notice of any monthly price change. The annual price is fixed for the 12-month period you buy, and we will notify you of the renewal price.

What if we cancel a paid subscription?

Cancelling renewal leaves paid practice access available until the end of the paid billing period. The £990 annual option buys a 12-month term; it is a separate choice from monthly billing.

Does the price include VAT?

VAT is not currently charged. Check the final total in secure checkout.

What happens to our records when the trial ends?

An unconverted trial ends with normal practice access restricted. That does not mean the entire account or its data is erased. If you leave Clog, we'll send you a complete export of your practice's records on request, within 30 days. Contact support@getclog.app about access or data return; no contact is needed to prevent a trial charge.
